EPISODE 1: So what's all the fuss about JUICE PLUS?

So what's all the fuss about?

Self improvement, from Diets to Botox, Cleansing to Cosmetic Dental work... Everyone seems to be trying one or the other, but are they really worth it? Do these products and treatments that seem to bombard our Social Media, Magazines and Tv Shows really work? 

A crowd of celebrity endorsements, from Actors to Sports personalities extol the benefits of their Diet Program over someone else's, this series of VLog's and supporting Blog will seek to see for real - 'What's all the Fuss about'...

My name is Craig Wilde, and I want to know.. So, What's all the Fuss about...
So for the next 6 weeks I will embark on a journey to explore what are the benefits of JUICE PLUS. Working with my personal mentor at The Fitness Lifestyle Company  - Holly, who will support me with Recipes  Tips and support throughout  - we shall explore the products and benefits.  
For my journey I will be taking 6 Supplement Capsules a day from the range of 3, 2 from the Berry, 2 from the Vegetable and 2 from the Fruit - which amounts to the equivalent nutrients of 27 Fruit & Vegetables a day;  And to support this I will be using a meal replacement shake in Chocolate flavour, also from JUICE PLUS  - which is mixed with either Skimmed Milk or Lactose alternative;  I'm not Lactose intolerant myself - but I will be using Unsweetened Almond Milk.
